Capsicum and Digestion: What a Red Pepper Trial Actually Measured
One small double-blind trial, pointed at the digestion line on the label: what it measured week by week, and how far it reaches to a dropper.

Gelatide drops are the only form this desk sells: Gelatide is a liquid drop supplement in a 2 oz (60 mL) amber dropper bottle, not a capsule, a gummy or a powder. You shake the bottle, then take one or two full droppers a day, placed in the mouth and swallowed. The label names six ingredients and three support lines. A product sold as Gelatide capsules is not the bottle described on this website.
Below: why the formula is a liquid, how the drops compare with a capsule, how to take them, and what to check before you buy a listing that says capsules.
No. Gelatide is sold as liquid drops. The bottle is a 2 oz (60 mL) amber dropper bottle with a black bulb, and the front label prints DIETARY SUPPLEMENT and 2 OZ / 60 ML along the foot. The seller’s own INSIDE GELATIDE artwork says LIQUID DROPS across the bottom.
Searches for Gelatide capsules, Gelatide pills or Gelatide capsulas still reach this desk, so this page answers them directly: the product on this website has no capsule version. If you want a capsule, Gelatide is not that product.
A liquid changes how the serving works, in three ways the label makes clear.
| Gelatide drops | A single-ingredient capsule | |
|---|---|---|
| Form | Liquid drops, six named ingredients | One capsule, such as capsicum or green tea extract |
| How a serving is measured | 1 or 2 full droppers a day, shaken first | One capsule at a stated weight |
| Caffeine | Yes, from guarana and green tea | Depends on the ingredient |
| Best for | One daily step covering all three label lines | Matching one trial dose closely |

The label names six ingredients: green tea leaf, guarana seed, African mango seed, Coleus forskohlii root and capsicum annuum fruit extracts, plus raspberry ketones. The front label prints three support lines: Supports Healthy Digestion, Boosts Fat Metabolism and Natural Appetite Control.
Two of the six carry caffeine. Guarana seed is the clearer source, and green tea leaf normally adds a little more. Capsicum, the chilli extract, brings a gentle warmth. Our post on capsicum and digestion looks at the trial behind the digestion line.
The directions, word for word: “Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow.”
If you are sensitive to caffeine, start on one dropper. One dropper or two walks through the choice.
This desk sells the drops only, through one checkout on gelaetide.com. Before you pay for any listing that says capsules, check three things:

Gelatide is made for healthy adults 18 and over. Skip it if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing, or have been told to avoid caffeine. If you take a stimulant, an antibiotic, an asthma or heart medication, or have high blood pressure or a liver condition, speak to a pharmacist with the bottle in hand first.

A liquid lets the serving move in whole droppers, from one to two, and it needs no capsule shell.
Not by this desk. Listings on other websites are not covered by its refund route. Orders through gelaetide.com are.
One 60 mL bottle is a 30-day supply by the seller’s count.
This post is general information, not medical advice. Gelatide is a dietary supplement and is not FDA approved, as no supplement is. If you take any medication, have a heart or blood-pressure condition, or are unsure whether caffeine suits you, ask a doctor or pharmacist before the first dropper.

Four more questions the label raises, each followed to the research.
