Every order placed through gelaetide.com carries 60 days from the date of purchase to claim a refund. The window is the same for two, three and six bottles.
The route
Claims start by phone on +1 (202) 604-0611 with the order ID. The bottles go to 7 World Trade Center, Floor 29, New York, NY 10007, USA with tracking, at the buyer’s cost, with the buyer’s full name, email and order ID inside. Refunds are issued 3 to 5 business days after the return is credited, then take 5 to 10 days to show on the card.
What it is not
The guarantee is a purchase policy. It is not a promise about results, and it does not cover bottles bought from other sellers. The refund policy sets out every term in full.
